Having run vessels from on board and ashore plus conducted many projects over the years they have the contacts and flexibility for many of your possible requirements:
New build Projects:
Discussions and co-ordination between Owners, Designers, Flag Administrations, Classification Societies and Shipyards. Oversight and protecting the Owners interest during the build process. Acceptance tests and trials. Warranty period oversight and management.
Refits or other Projects:
Liaising with Owners and Crew to compile the works lists whether it be required by statute, out of necessity or wishes for upgrades or changes. Identifying the most suited shipyard or works location for the above required works. Negotiations with and oversight of the chosen facility or contractor to ensure budget is minimized and upheld, with works being completed to the required standards.
