Famous for its luminous limestone that was used to build the Diocletian’s Palace Split and the White House in Washington DC, Brač gathers an interesting number of typical stone villages surrounded by olive groves, fig trees and vineyards, like Supetar and its horseshoe-shaped beach, Pučišća or Bol, well known for its windsurfing spot.
